KM IMMOBILIER is an independent real estate agency based in Bora Bora, born from in-depth experience in the field and a common vision of the profession. Since its creation in 2021, the agency has been supporting owners, buyers, investors and tenants in their real estate projects in French Polynesia.
Our activity covers the transaction, rental, rental and rental management of residential properties, character properties, land and new developments. We also work on assets with real estate, tourism or hotel potential. Each assignment is subject to a personalized approach, defined according to the nature of the property, the client's expectations and the particularities of the local market.

In 2021, he joined forces with Leverd Maireraurii to create an independent, demanding and profoundly human agency. Together, they develop KM IMMOBILIER with the desire to accompany each project with discernment, availability and confidentiality.
